My very own Yorkie (Deacon) was gifted to me when I began my breast cancer journey in 2001. I had the opportunity to love him for almost 16 years. My vision to provide the gift of puppy love to others, led me to start this Non-Profit Organization. Deacon's Destiny matches Yorkies and other dog breeds with their new forever best friend through pet adoption for cancer patients!

We desire to provide breast cancer warriors with the opportunity to match with a dog who needs a FURever home. Dog therapy provides therapeutic healing as they walk along side of them during their cancer journey. Supplying patients with unlimited puppy love and all the snuggles they could ask for during this difficult time.
